We offer special winter residences for artists who want to come in a calmer time.
These residences are designed for a six-week period from mid-January to the end of February each year.

The Art Gudenky Residence program allows artists to work in the context of another country and another culture. The Artist in Residence program gives artists the opportunity to create new works, experiment with innovative ideas, and explore new and different ways to create. Artists are invited to explore all our possibilities to discover new possibilities and directions for the modern ceramist.

The program is open to all artists who want to work independently on their own projects. Artists can spend time on the residence to carry out a specific project or to work in a creative and supportive atmosphere with other international ceramists. The International Ceramic Residence provides ceramists and potters with the opportunity to experiment and explore new areas in their work. Resident artists can share ideas and experiences through presentations and informal discussions.

The deadline for applications for winter residences is December 15 each year.
The cost of a six-week residence is UAH 25,000.

Art Gudenky Residence is open to all: students of universities, art schools and independent organizations to attract groups of students, teachers and practicing artists to work in our residence.

We are happy to organize and promote educational programs for you for many student groups, including trips, seminars, guest lecturers and demonstrators, as well as interesting excursions. Many universities attract groups of students and faculty to complete a student project using the opportunities we offer.

Students find invaluable experience working in an atmosphere of full involvement, not only deepening their knowledge and experience in the art of ceramics, but also creating long-term personal impressions and friendships.

The studio has an impressive set of equipment, including special equipment, which provides additional opportunities and experience. Students have exceptional 24-hour access to workshops and equipment, overcoming barriers between education, life and the arts.

Along with teachers and professors, leading Ukrainian and world-renowned artists invited by the residency also teach, creating their own works. Students can learn in the spirit of support and mutual creativity, studying the philosophy, thought processes and technical knowledge of the masters.

• Demonstrations and master classes by leading artists and teachers.
• In addition to the world's leading artists working in the studio all year round, we can hire professionals to teach specific techniques or processes.
• Excursions to museums, galleries and artists' workshops.
• Trips to historical or tourist places. Ukraine is a very beautiful and historical country. Take the opportunity to get to know the culture of Eastern Europe better.

Assistance in budgeting for the trip:
We will do our best to accurately calculate your costs for materials and accommodation. We can estimate the cost of living, etc.

Registration of training for foreigners:
Upon admission, a deposit of 50% is required to secure seats. The balance must be paid three weeks before arrival at the studio.

Return Policy:
In case of cancellation, you may be refunded fifty percent of the deposit, provided we are notified 30 days before the start of the booking in the studio. After this period, the deposit cannot be refunded.
